By Zach Bowman, Autoblog.com - What looks to be an official General Motors service bulletin for the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette has leaked out onto the internet thanks to spy shooter Chris Doane's Facebook page. The image above clearly shows what we assume is the nose of the next-generation sports car -- more specifically, the front brake cooling deflector kit installation information. From the line drawing, it appears as if the 2014 Corvette will feature a familiar front profile with tall fenders that slope inward to the hood. Speaking of the hood, aggressive air inlets dominate the bodywork toward the front. The car's trademark gills look to have grown in size as well, with a dramatic inset tucked just behind the front wheel well.
From what we can see, the 2014 Corvette will abandon its low and wide headlamp arrays for more vertical pieces that extend well into the lower fascia. The face looks good, even in black and white. And while there seems to be more than a little Ferrari influence in the design, you certainly won't hear us complain.
